JMB leases its interest in the Cote Blanche Island salt dome to a leading provider of essential minerals.

JMB supports the oil and gas infrastructure through actively marketing and maintaining leases on lands that contain hydrocarbon reserves within the Company’s portfolio.

Carbon Sequestration

JMB currently has over 1,600 acres under option for a carbon sequestration project, with an anticipated first injection date scheduled for late 2028 or early 2029.

Mineral & Surface Access Rights

JMB partners with developers and state agencies to facilitate the release of ~277,000 acres of owned mineral and surface access rights in Florida.
