Chad Murray

Chad Murray

Chief Executive Officer

Chad graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management in 1996. After starting his career in upstream oil and gas, in 1998, he began a 23-year journey in industrial services with TEAM Inc. ($TISI) in Houston, Texas; ultimately rising to President of their global mechanical services group. In 2022, he left to become CEO of ZEVAC, a natural gas technology startup. After moving home to Lafayette, Louisiana, to be closer to family, Chad joined JMB Companies, Inc. as CEO in May of 2024, where he is leading the next chapter of growth in the Company’s proud history.
Brad Segura

Brad Segura

VP Land and Operations

Brad graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now the University of Louisiana at Lafayette) in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with an emphasis on marine sciences. He began his career as a contractor for the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), focusing on water quality studies and marsh surface elevation monitoring. In 2004, he joined C.H. Fenstermaker & Associates, where he helped establish monitoring protocols for the Coastwide Reference Monitoring System (CRMS). In 2005, he transitioned to Fugro John Chance Land Survey as a hydrographic surveyor and was later promoted to supervisor of hydrographic surveys. Brad joined JMB Companies, Inc. in 2012 as a project manager. Leveraging his background in management, surveying, and GIS, he advanced through the organization and currently serves as Vice President of Land and Operations.
Stacey Richter

Stacey Richter

Chief Financial Officer
Stacey graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2002 and from Louisiana State University with a Master of Science in Accounting in 2003. Throughout her career, she's served in progressive Finance and Accounting roles at various organizations, including Assistant Controller, Controller, Vice President/Controller, CFO, and ultimately Director of Corporate Development, where she led M&A at Sunland Construction, Inc. Stacey joined JMB Companies, Inc. as CFO in September of 2025. At JMB, she maintains the integrity of the Company's financial reporting while managing capital deployment opportunities through strategic investments and M&A activities.
Stephanie Clement

Administrative Manager

Stephanie obtained a certificate in office administration from Teche Area Vocational School.  She joined JMB Companies, Inc. in 1999, and currently serves as Administrative Manager, overseeing mitigation credit sales in Louisiana and facilitating all surface and mineral sales for Southern States Land & Timber LLC in Florida.
Aaron Landry

Aaron Landry

Director of Environmental Services

Aaron graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Sustainable Resources in 2002. He joined John Chance Land Surveys and spent over thirteen years advancing from an Ecological Scientist to Ecological Project Manager, then Supervisor of Regulatory and Ecological Services, and ultimately Manager of the Regulatory and Ecological Services division.  In 2016, Aaron joined JMB Companies, Inc. to help develop new mitigation projects.  After several years of exemplary service, in 2024, he was promoted to Director of Environmental Services, overseeing the team’s efforts to identify, permit, develop, monitor, and sell ecological offset credits across its portfolio, which is now JMB Ecological Offsets.
